SOMOS EL ENTE RECTOR

Somos una entidad deportiva sin \u00e1nimo de lucro pertenecientes al r\u00e9gimen especial del Sistema Nacional del Deporte, tenemos la tarea de determinar los par\u00e1metros para el manejo t\u00e9cnico y administrativo del motociclismo deportivo en el territorio nacional.<\/p>

Actualmente nuestra entidad se compone de 16 ligas cubriendo gran parte del territorio nacional en los departamentos de Antioquia, Bogot\u00e1, Caldas, Cauca, Cesar, Cundinamarca, Quind\u00edo, Risaralda, Huila, Meta, Nari\u00f1o, Santander, Putumayo, Tolima, Valle y Norte de Santander.<\/p>

Legalmente la FEDEMOTO se enmarca en el sistema nacional del deporte creado y regulado por la Ley 181 de 1995 y el Decreto Ley 1228 de 1995 que define a las federaciones de cada disciplina como los m\u00e1ximos entes reguladores del deporte asociado en consecuencia, es la \u00fanica entidad con potestad para ejercer jurisdicci\u00f3n en todo el territorio en lo referente a los campeonatos nacionales e internacionales en lo que respecta al motociclismo.<\/p>

La Federaci\u00f3n Colombiana de Motociclismo es una entidad afiliada a la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Motociclismo -FIM-,as\u00ed como a la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de Motociclismo para Latin America – FIM LA –<\/p>

Como organizaci\u00f3n perteneciente al Sistema Nacional del Deporte, estamos sometidos a la inspecci\u00f3n Vigilancia y Control del Ministerio del Deporte Colombiano.<\/p><\/div>\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
